Many women in the workplace experience barriers in their careers. Whether it's a lack of career support from their male colleagues, unrealistic double standards between work and home, pay gap, microaggressions or pressures to conform to work culture and/or background culture. This bias is not only because of their gender, but also because of their race, sexual orientation, a disability or other parts of their identity, which is why it is critical to address the intersectionality of these issues.
What can be done to support and what actions can be taken to include those women?
