The two most important requirements for major success are: first, being in the right place at the right time, and second, doing something about it. And, our members were confident enough to really do something about it and get themselves an employment in this wonderful ecosystem.

Sometimes, you require that little push or a little help in pursuing your goal. My best efforts through this group(Salesforce Women In Tech Group,Kolkata) is to give that little push needed to our amazing Trailblazers.
