Adam Payne, Principal Enterprise Architect at Salesforce, will join us to discuss getting beyond the hype & excitement of recent AI trends, and how to move from "this is pretty cool" to "what can I actually do with this?" He'll provide some use cases, and dive into how to connect AI into our existing processes to leverage capabilities and data already in place.
