In Salesforce, as we know, platform events can be used to connect business processes and external apps through the exchange of real-time event data. Platform events are secure and scalable messages that contain data. Publishers publish event messages that subscribers receive in real time. To customize the data published, we define platform event fields. We will understand how to setup the platform events and how to implement them in Salesforce.
