Are you a Solo Admin? You Shouldn't Be!
Being a solo Salesforce admin can feel like trying to hold up a skyscraper with one hand—overwhelming, exhausting, and ultimately unsustainable. I know this because I’ve been there. I was the go-to person for everything Salesforce, working 80-hour weeks just to keep the platform (and myself) afloat. Burnout wasn’t just a possibility; it was inevitable. In this session, I’ll share my journey as a solo admin, the hard lessons I learned, and what I wish I had known sooner about securing the support and resources needed to truly maximize Salesforce.
We’ll dive into strategies to get leadership to recognize that Salesforce isn’t just a tool—it’s a massive, high-value investment that needs proper staffing to deliver its full ROI. If you’re a solo admin (or heading in that direction), this session will equip you with the insights and tactics to build a case for additional resources, protect yourself from burnout, and set both you and your organization up for long-term success. You don’t have to do it alone—let’s talk about how to make sure you don’t have to.
We look forward to seeing you!
