Julanne Groezinger, Manager - Center of Excellence, and Jada Gonzales, Technology Consultant, will share how Southwest Airlines has grown an Enterprise Salesforce Center of Excellence from the ground up covering Business and Technology departments.
Julanne Groezinger has been at Southwest Airlines since 2014. She began in Technology Project Management and has led several Salesforce implementation projects. She is currently the Manager of the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and is building her Team from the ground up to provide value to the eight orgs across the Enterprise.
Jada Gonzales has been in the Salesforce Ecosystem for 8 years and recently joined Southwest Airlines as a Technology Consultant in 2022. She has done analyst and consulting work for a variety of industries including Healthcare, Banking, Marketing, and Manufacturing. She moved to Dallas, TX from Honolulu, HI to pursue her Graduate Certificate in Coding at SMU, and is now 3 times Salesforce Certified.
