Admins are the new Product Managers: they are mini-CEOs of their orgs, they own user - aka the customer- experience, and are responsible for managing those expectations while also creating a tool that continually fosters company strategy. This presentation is meant to shift Admin's mindsets from potential "order takers" with disgruntled users to strategy implementers and user champions using the Product Manager's Mindset.
Gloria is a Salesforce Admin with over 10 years' experience in product and project management. She loves to find and teach better ways to build and manage the Salesforce platform. Gloria leads the Nashville Admin Group and is VP of Revenue at Omnivo Digital, a Salesforce Consultancy. Three things Gloria loves: Ice cream, surfing, and Salesforce (obviously).
