We will plan out our next two weeks of work and tasks, Review our backlog and talk though any obstacles that could impact work. All are welcome to join us as we review our work so far on the bailey Custom Carpentry project.
What is the Women in Tech learning lab: (WIT LL)? Members will present possible Projects each year. Projects will be structured as Full Salesforce projects; volunteers will be assigned roles, and the project will be organized and worked on at the meeting.
What is a WIT LL project: We use the "Implement like Salesforce" methodology. Plan, Architect, Construct, Validate, deploy, and Support. This includes Project plans, SOW, Client Presentations, Scrum meetings, etc..
Who is Bailey Custom Carpentry: Woman-owned custom carpentry business serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Who Attends a Scrum Meeting?: Most Scrum meetings, including the ones we will discuss below, should include the entire Scrum team. For most companies, the team includes the following roles: Scrum master (the team’s facilitator and point person), Product Owner (the project management lead for the agile team), the Development team
