WIT Learning Lab! Each quarter, members will present possible experiments. Members at the meeting will choose from among the presentations which experiment they will work on. Experiments will be structured as projects; volunteers will be assigned roles, and the project will be organized and worked on at the meeting. Follow-up work sessions will be planned. Work accomplished at the next quarterly meeting will be presented to the group. More experiments will be presented, and another project will be chosen. Purpose - Grow our Salesforce Skills by playing with new features, configuration options, tools, etc. - Grow our soft skills: requirements gathering, project management, testing, training, etc. - Grow our understanding of how Salesforce can be used. Trend analysis, forecasting, business and industry insights, etc. - Getting to know each other, expanding and strengthening our network - Have fun! Bailey Custom Carpentry. This small business does custom carpentry work; they need to be able to track leads, opportunities, quotes, and work orders. @Katie MacDonald will be the Business owner we interview for requirements. Attend at least 50% of the weekly (or bi-weekly) scrum meetings. Mentors: An average of .5 - 1 hour/week for three months. Check-in with their project team members periodically.
