2020 has been A YEAR for sure, join us as we close it out with our dear friends at Amplify Boston.

In our work at WiT and Amplify furthering ourselves and each other in our careers and creating a world where underrepresented voices have equity and representation in all areas of tech, we recognize setting goals and working together to track our progress towards them as a key way to support each other. 

As such, in addition to uplifting each other and the ways we've grown this year, we'll be setting goals for the year ahead via personal V2MOMs. What's a V2MOM? Standing for Vision, Values, Mission, Obstacles, Measures, a V2MOM is Salesforce's unique framework aligning vision and values with achievable goals. To quote the Trailhead badge we'll work with, "[t]he V2MOM is a powerful tool for prioritizing what’s most important and holding yourself accountable to achieve the results. You can use it to clarify your vision for any aspect of life, not just your professional life." Special shoutout and thank you to Marc Baizman, who will be joining us for this.

We'll work on our goals together, so that we can support each other on our personal growth paths in 2021. Join us and our community of practice so we can grow together!
