The workshop will give an overview of the tools you have at your disposal when building process automation in Salesforce. We will discuss workflow rules, process builder and flows to understand what are the best practices in Salesforce today, which direction Salesforce is developing these tools in and what you should keep in mind when solving automation problems. The accent of the workshop will be on flows, explaining the different types, their uses and working through different scenarios to show what you can do using flows: from simple before save updates on a record to calling invocable methods in Apex.
Prerequisites: none, but at least some basic knowledge of process builder and flows is recommended. 
Please bring your laptop and have a developer org ready.
