Jodi Hrbek is the author of the Amazon bestseller, Rock your Role as a Salesforce Admin. She has spent two decades implementing and optimizing the Salesforce platform for start-ups and enterprise organizations.
She worked directly for Salesforce for 4 years, launched an independent Salesforce consultancy, led implementations for two fast-paced start-ups in the Blackstone portfolio, and has managed the Salesforce platform in leadership roles for companies including CompuCom and Invitation Homes.
Jodiβs on a mission to elevate the role of the Salesforce Admin and to empower Salesforce professionals to deliver better quality solutions by asking better questions.

Twenty years in the #Salesforce space, so I've seen a few things.
I'm a functional Salesforce application expert with broad experience solutioning, implementing, and leading dozens of deployments, including managing Salesforce applications and the platform support teams for three enterprise companies, leading implementations for two fast-paced start-ups in the Blackstone portfolio, single-handedly deploying Salesforce for 20+ companies as an independent consultant, and working directly for Salesforce for four years.
I do strategy work to help companies assess their existing implementations and optimize their teams and processes, but I also roll up my sleeves to architect complex solutions, execute hands-on-keyboard configuration, build custom applications (clicks not code), lead the Admin teams, and train end-users, sales managers, and executives on "What's in it for me?"
My work with start-ups and companies in flux means I wear a lot of hats, and I am well-versed in "building the plane while flying it." Getting Salesforce deployed and optimized in these types of environments generally means my role is a mash-up of technologist, data nerd, business analyst, trainer, traffic cop, change agent, project manager, and herder of cats. And, of course, it's all possible because I've been fortunate to hire exceptional Salesforce talent and assemble great teams!
