Meaningful Feedback

Feedback is a catalyst for career growth and can be a really positive experience. People generally want to know how they’re doing and what they can improve on. Yet, we regularly hold back on asking for and giving feedback.

In this session, we’ll uncover what holds us back from asking for and giving feedback, and effectively receiving feedback. We’ll identify ways to improve in all aspects of feedback, including techniques for requesting feedback that invites open, honest responses, receiving feedback in a way to ensure learning, and providing feedback, both positive and corrective, in ways that are in service of someone’s growth and development.
