Villanova University Advancement transformed its digital communications by implementing Marketing Cloud, allowing for a centralized data model, preference center, Journey Builder automations, dynamic content and more. Prior to using Marketing Cloud, Villanova University’s Department of Advancement lacked the tools needed to effectively personalize, segment, and target its communications. After implementing Marketing Cloud, the department began its digital transformation with simple automations, A/B testing, and dynamic content. From there, usage of the platform grew and today University Advancement maintains a comprehensive content calendar using a centralized data model, preference center, Journey Builder automations and more.
