Flow RPA: Salesforce Flow is the future of automation across the Salesforce platform – innovations such as Flow RPA will empower low-code Salesforce “builders” (like Salesforce Admins) even more. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) automates repetitive, manual tasks such as data entry. Personally, I describe the concept as virtual bots working in the background of applications.
