WRAP UP - MORE PHOTOS COMING - WATCH THIS SPACE!

Thanks for joining us, Tuesday December 15th, from 4.30 pm in the historic Foxglove Ballroom, for our annual SF Welly Community Christmas drinks and networking. In an exciting update, we already have over 150 registered - but with a large capacity can also welcome your colleagues too - but please get them to register.

Get ready to celebrate in person, the weirdest year ever for Salesforce and the Wellington community. This will be our last in-person event for 2020, come and join us as we wind down to the festive season. We are so lucky that we can celebrate together.

All are welcome - but please ensure you register to ensure the catering can cope. There will be a CASH BAR operating once the bar tab limit reached! Non alcoholic drink options, as well as vegetarian and gluten free refreshment options will be available.

You can expect plenty of good cheer, drinks and nibbles (very kindly sponsored again this year by Salesforce NZ), fun and frivolity. Mix and mingle with Salesforce staff and our many SF Welly friends from around New Zealand, who are coming to celebrate with us.

We are expecting a large crowd (over 150 so far) and we have exclusive use of Foxglove's amazing large ballroom space to ourselves for the entire evening. I promise we won't be cramped for space this year :-)

The agenda may change, and there might be a fun activity or two, and there will be some prize draws at the conclusion of the (short!) formal speeches.

PAY IT FORWARD: Our chosen charity for this event will again be Wellington Women's Refuge as per our annual tradition, and this year, more than other years, they need our help and support. You are encouraged to support the refuge by bringing along a donation - this can be cash, a Christmas gift suitable for a child (or parent), or grocery items. All items will be gratefully accepted and will be passed on to the refuge as soon as possible.

ACCESS TO FOXGLOVE'S QUEEN'S WHARF BALLROOM FUNCTION SPACE

The Queen's Wharf Ballroom has a separate entrance to Foxglove. The entrance is on the city side of the building, between One Red Dog and Cuckoo. Go up the stairs and you'll find us.

COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 

The wonderful function space we have booked is completely separate, with its own entrance, and is a large open space - if there is a move to Covid-19 Level 2 (at its current definition), this event can still proceed, although we will ensure that no more than 100 are in attendance together at one time.

Please do your part by only attending if you are well, and haven't been exposed to Covid-19. We will be asking everyone both to pre-register, and to check in using the official Covid-19 app on arrival. If you're not registered we may be unable to admit you on the day, sorry.
