• Trailhead: Rebecca did them all the time, to get her info when she was asked questions, and loves the super badges - Trailhead Super badges are real world challenges
• Get competitive on Trailhead - that encourages participation!
• Running workshops and asking open ended questions, soft skills, to understand what they are trying to achieve
• Change management also important
• Find a mentor
• Any experience can be cross-skilled to consulting
• Life experience!
• Check out grad programmes if you ares sill studying, many partners have specific Salesforce training / grad path
