Hey Trailblazers! 👋

This time, lets gather for something really special. Have you ever wondered, that Salesforce as a platform is accessible for people with disabilities? And not only accessible, they are able to work with it as admins and developers 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓 Lets get together and understand more about how this is possible with Blind Institute of Technology and how they help to enable those who are with disabilities. For that we'll have very special guests, that will share their stories 🏆

About BIT:
BIT stands as a global nonprofit staffing and recruiting agency exclusively dedicated to professionals with disabilities. Through the establishment of the BIT Academy, the organization’s workforce development division, offering courses in Salesforce Administration and Digital Accessibility Analysis, BIT holds the distinction of being the sole proprietor of two Registered Apprenticeship programs for the blind and visually impaired at the national level under the aegis of the US Department of Labor.

For the event, we are invited to Ideal Team Group office, who will also be our host. Ideal Team Group are in collaboration with BIT and brought this idea to be presented in our community 🙂
