Salesforce Einstein is Artificial Intelligence built directly into the Salesforce platform, configurable by Salesforce Admins. The spectrum of Einstein capabilities ranges from Packaged AI such as Sales Cloud Einstein and Service Cloud Einstein, to Custom AI with Einstein Analytics Plus, to Programmatic with Einstein Vision and Einstein Language.
