Gathering your thoughts on Lightning, Moving to Flow and moving back to in person meetings.

Lightning - if you were setting it up now or moving to it, what would you do or not do? What have you and/or your users found helpful? and not so helpful?

Workflows and processes - has anyone used the tool to convert workflows? There seems to be a change in though about "one process per object" goal/recommendation, your thoughts?

In person events - are we ready to meet in person again? knowing that whenever possible we will have a virtual option.
