Currently, Prasan also serves on the Advisory Panel at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business. Having essayed hands-on Salesforce Consulting roles for Fortune 500 clients, he has wide experience in and visibility to the CRM/CX processes across many Verticals. An avid sports and music enthusiast and a keen Quizzer, he is also a voracious reader, and puts his heart into mentoring people for next generation leadership roles. And for viewing CRM through a muti-dimensional lens, Prasan is also very excited about innovative application of affiliated technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Geographical Information Systems, towards achieving Customer Delight and Relationship Advancement.
