Madeleine Coutanceau has been a Salesforce Admin for 4 years at simPRO. She will take us through the journey from documenting and aligning business processes at simPRO all the way to go live with a Salesforce solution, running across 4 countries, with almost 300 users, across 7 departments. Madeleine started as a single Process Coordinator and ended up leading a Global team with a focus on process improvements using Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Live Agent, CPQ, Communities, and Pardot. Over the last 2 years with Salesforce Lightning Flows she has been able to focus on creating efficiencies for users with automation and enhance user experience.
