Day 1: Platform Foundations bootcamp
We cover the Salesforce platform, core CRM concepts, data model and navigation, reports and dashboards, basic automation, user management, and security essentials. Short concept sprints are followed by labs so you leave organized, confident, and ready for the Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations certificate.

Day 2: Agentblazer Champion preparation
Focused prep aligned to the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification. You will learn responsible AI principles, prompt fundamentals, and how Einstein features work in practice, including configuring Actions, grounding with your CRM and knowledge sources, and measuring outcomes. We will explore practical sales and service patterns and end with a lab where you design, test, and iterate prompts tied to business results.

Important
Registration covers both days, and attendance on both days is required. Please complete the prerequisite setup before Day 1 so we can use the full lab time effectively.
