1. Managing Salesforce User Access at Scale: Common Pitfalls & Smarter Solutions

James Burgess will give a talk on the importance of managing user access—something admins often struggle with as orgs grow.

As Salesforce orgs grow, so does the complexity of managing user access. In this session, James Burgess will explore why scaling access management is such a challenge for Admins—and how to overcome it. He’ll walk through real-world examples and demonstrate how Security & Access Manager, a native Salesforce app, can help streamline permissions management, improve security visibility, and reduce manual effort. This session is especially valuable for Admins managing larger orgs or those with sensitive data and compliance needs.
