Please join us for the Ottawa Salesforce Users Virtual Group Meeting on Friday November 20th from 12 to 2 PM. In this meeting we will be doing a Hands on Workshop on Duplicate Management and a presentation on User Management & Who Sees What.
Our November meeting focus is on key take aways for the Salesforce Administrators. The topics for the meeting are as follows:
1) Hands On Workshop - Manage your Duplicates. Doria Hamelryk from the Salesforce Paris France Women in Tech will lead this workshop.
At the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to : Understand the importance of managing duplicates / Create rules using standard duplication tools / To set up automation to avoid duplicates.
2) Who Sees What (User Management) Presentation - Raveesh Raina is a Success Manager at Salesforce in Toronto.
User Management is a top challenge for all Salesforce customers. This "Who Sees What" presentation is meant to support your group in better understanding how to take advantage of user management best practices to make your Salesforce setup successful. We talk what is data management and why it's important and dive into the important topics like, creating a user, profiles, permission sets, and roles, and Organization-wide defaults, sharing rules, permission sets.
