The topics for the meeting are as follows:
1) Salesforce CRM Analytics
Mikhail Nitko from Huron Digital will present and demonstrate how CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM) is being used to track outcomes and make predictions in Higher Ed Admissions.
We will be going over the approach, methods, and the value of using CRM Analytics in the admissions process. A path to integrate consultants' operational know-how into your Salesforce Org without disruption, code, or hourly consulting fees.
2) RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Integrate with Microsoft Apps and Salesforce using MS Power Automate Flows
Nash Zgonjanin will present use of Robotic Process Automation - RPA low code approach to integrate Microsoft apps with Salesforce (or other platforms) .
Use Case: Email to Case replacement for Salesforce out of box option.
- Storing attachments to corporate SharePoint instead in salesforce cloud
- Email Chain with open case
- Parent (chain) with closed cases
- Enhance case record details
