Fred is our long time very own group member. As a Platform Champion, Fred loves helping others find those little known features in Salesforce that become part of an admins essential bag of tricks. He's also happy to nerd out with anyone on Salesforce CPQ! There’s a little known but really cool feature built-in to Salesforce, that you can use to guide your users through a series of actions, all while keeping track of their progress. He will share this with us in the meeting.
