Then take a step further as we dive hands-on into the "Build your Personal Portfolio on Salesforce" project and see how you can leverage Salesforce to build your own 'living resume' to share with the world. 2) Building a Guest Reservation System Presentation - Michael Grandel is Director, Business Intelligence at National Aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland. When the National Aquarium needed a guest reservations system to manage building capacity for reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic, they built a declarative Salesforce application that leveraged several platform features, including Flow, communities, guest user licenses, custom metadata, custom permissions, and Lightning app pages.
