1) Service Cloud with a customer community implementation
Fred Tchang recently implemented Service Cloud with Customer Community and will present his approach.
We would like to invite other members of group who has experience of setting up or using Service cloud to come and collaborate.
Seeing how and why people have customized the standard apps is interesting and very educative.
Come to brainstorm with us and share your experience (good and bad).
2) Process Builder Migration Spring 23 feature
Andrew Small will present use of Spring 23 new feature for migrating existing process Builder flows to Standard flows.
Process Builder and Workflow Migration features now giving you opportunity to consolidate all historically build processes (triggers) to one automation tool Flows.
There is great opportunity to re-evaluate processes and make it work better using more robust tool (flows).
We will share our experience and lessons learned in migrating Workflows and Process Builder flows.
We would like to hear your experience and share with us if you already got through same initiative.
