Join us as we hear from two engaging experts in their respective fields; Ian Gotts and Marcus Udokandg.
First Ian, a Salesforce guru in his own right, will walk us through the new DevOp Center which will have gone GA on December 9th.
The second half of our session will be focused on Business Analyst skill sets. The new Salesforce Business Analyst certification has been a hot topic, focusing less on Salesforce knowledge and more on BA methodology. We will hear from Marcus Udokang on the subject of Process Modelling. Although Marcus is not directly involved in Salesforce, he is a master Project Manager, Business Analyst, Speaker, Writer, Career Coach and Podcast Host.
