Join us on Monday April 22nd from 12pm - 2pm (EST) for our Ottawa Salesforce user group meeting. This will be a hybrid meeting.

The topics for this meeting are Salesforce Tips or Tools which will include the following:

1) Soham Banerjee will review Salesforce Inspector Reloaded Plugin Tool. This is a productivity tool for Salesforce administrators and developers to inspect data and metadata directly from the Salesforce UI.

2) Stratis Kouvdis will provide tips from a solution he deployed to solve a common problem in an outbound selling environment where Sales Reps fight over leads and hoard leads for months. He will demo a simple process to manage account ownership transfer requests using only declarative tools.

3) Fred Tchang will review Cool Tools for Salesforce Admins including PermComparator, Change Set Helper, ORGanizer for Salesforce & SFMC Companion.

4) Kevin Caputo will provide tips on working around the limitation of the standard Event object by using screen flows & formula fields to display custom object records on the Calendar event page. He will also review the Ownbackup Seeding tool to quickly copy production data into a Sandbox

5) Linda Gordine will provide tips how to Bypass Duplication Rules via Apex

For in-Person Attendees, a light lunch will be provided and there is a paid parking lot on the west side of CREA Office. There will be signs that will direct you to the meeting room which is on the lower level off the lobby.
