In this talk, Marija will demonstrate a real-life scenario of how her team moved away from multiple custom formula fields that were used to calculate various SLA due dates, to building a utility subflow that ingests reference date and calculates target date that is certain number of days before or after reference date, taking into account weekends and holidays (e.g. calculate target date that is 21 business days after 1/1/25). She will demonstrate how to obtain collection of holidays by using html callout from a flow, or by using holidays defined in Salesforce org Company Settings.
