The word Consultant may have a specific meaning however the requirements of a Consultant's role are slightly varied from one work place to another. I have been working in the ecosystem for over a decade and would love to not just share my own experience but also highlight what does it really mean to be a Consultant. I would like to talk about the skills required to be one and how can one practice those skills. I would also like to talk about the career path of a Consultant, how to get there and where to go from being a Consultant. Not to mention the expectations of this role from the employer, implementation team as well as clients. There is a depth of knowledge I have to share, I have previously coached junior consultants on their career progression and now I would like to give back to the wider community.
