Mark joined the Salesforce ecosystem in September 2014 having left the Royal Navy after a 23 year career working as a Communications expert on Nuclear submarines. Since joining the Salesforce Ecosystem his career has taken him from Certified Instructor to Business Analyst, Salesforce Product Owner and back to Certified Instructor.
Now back in his favourite role Mark is keen to discuss the difference that End User Training can make, not only to your end users but also to our overall goal of achieving good Data quality, User Adoption and spreading the word of how good Salesforce is as an asset to your business!
Siladitya is Senior Principal in the D&A Practice at Slalom (Manchester), specialising in Modern Data Architecture. He has over 17 years of experience in working with some of the leading global organisations across Europe & US, advising them how to make the best use of data.
