Defining Support Roles:

👉 Explore different ways to contribute, whether it’s with logistics, outreach, marketing, or on-the-day support.

Drafting the Event Plan:

👉 Collaborate with others to define the structure, key moments, and overall flow of the event, targeting a launch date in the third week of November.

Note: We will provide some light refreshments and drinks. The meeting will be in Polish; however, non-Polish speakers are welcome, and we'll comfortably switch to English if needed.
