Salesforce Hall of Fame Brad Gross will be in person, sharing his top tips for success for anyone administering a Salesforce org.
We're so excited to have Salesforce Hall of Fame Brad Gross sharing his top tips for being a successful Salesforce Administrator. Brad says "In my 20+ years of working as a Salesforce Admin, the role has evolved far beyond knowing how the building blocks of Salesforce - the signature blue and white LEGOs that make up our daily (and sometimes nightly) lives. While knowing the technical features of Salesforce is crucial, how we engage with users and determine their individual needs is the key differentiator between success and failure.
From one Super Nerd to another, attendees will learn techniques that will help foster better connections with their teammates, clients, and users while examining processes that have routinely created successful outcomes."
