With a context of what Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) is, we now move to the next section where we take a deep dive into the various layers that Omnistudio is comprised off. While we explain the different layers that form the Vlocity application suite, there will be an end-to-end coverage of Dataraptors and Flexcards that actually are critical components of these layers. Dataraptors, the tool that allows a user to fetch, transform and load data back to Salesforce is a critical building block and is used widely for development. We will also talk about Flexcards, the configurable card-based user interface that allows users to display data from sources such as SQL, APEX, REST APIs, etc in a user-friendly interface with the ability to navigate to guided flows using actions embedded in them. A post covering the technical aspects of these 2 tools, we'll jump into an individual demo to clarify their usage and development flow and then a combined demo to join the puzzle pieces.
