St Louis User Group Leader Rebecca Gray (CapStorm) presents "Salesforce Data Management", and Todd Bachamp (Walsworth) walks through his journey in configuring Multi-Factor Authentication with Microsoft Azure and Single Sign-On
My passion is to deeply listen to each customer's Salesforce data requirements then translate these into actionable solutions that exceed technical and compliance expectations to form customers for life. I also love the Salesforce community and volunteer as leader of the St. Louis Salesforce Admin Group and as a Salesforce Lightning Champion.

Todd started working with computers in the 6th grade when the principal purchased four Commodore PET computers with cassette drives for mass storage. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Computer Science and Computer Information Systems, he went to work in Wichita, Kansas as a COBOL programmer. For the next nine years he worked various roles including application manager, PowerBuilder developer, Lotus Notes/Domino developer, and telecommunication specialist. A change of employers took him to Jefferson City, Missouri where he worked for three years as a Lotus Notes/Domino consultant for the State of Missouri. Upon returning to Kansas, Todd was hired by Walsworth Publishing Company where he has worked as a Lotus Notes/Domino developer, Oracle Siebel CRM administrator, and now as a Salesforce administrator.Walsworth started implementing Salesforce 3 years ago at which time Todd became the solo admin. With assistance from a third-party integrator, both of the two divisions within the company were using Salesforce within one year (six-month implementation for each division). Todd continues to enhance the capabilities of Salesforce that are used by Walsworth. His emphasis at this time is optimizing the automation and removing technical debt that has already accumulated. He also looks forward to new releases that include new functionality and learning ways to make the users' work flow better and more efficient.Outside of work, Todd enjoys playing the piano and organ, and training his dog, Zana (a black lab/pit bull mix). Their next goal is therapy dog team certification. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus (a charitable, fraternal organization) where he was elected for two years as the state treasurer in Kansas. He was a foster puppy raiser for Kansas Specialty Dog Service and recently became involved as a volunteer for Canine Companions. Both Kansas Specialty Dog Service and Canine Companions breed, raise, and train service dogs. He is also a volunteer with the Olathe Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) where he serves on the board as a district liaison. Todd is also a beekeeper.
