Harnessing the Power of Flows – Salesforce has evolved their Flow tool along with other areas to address the rising need for “no-code” solutions in companies. This allows employees with varied background in technology to be able to harness the power of its CRM. Join us for our next meet up as we look at Flows and understand when to use them and then get hands on about how to use them. We will look at both a Screen Flow and a Trigger/Background Flow and the power of each type when used within your system.

Mike Tanner is a Solutions Architect working for Perficient, Inc. He has been in the software world for 31 years and spent the last 8 working with the Salesforce Platform. Over his career, he has worked in multiple industries and works to provide world-class solutions to customer specific problems. Currently he is consulting for DoorDash in their Merchant Marketing area.

Nick McDole serves as the Director of Salesforce Solutions at Creative Planning, where he has dedicated the past six years to driving innovation, excellence, and the widespread adoption of Salesforce. With over 20 years of experience in various Financial Services and Tech firms in the Kansas City Area, Nick brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his role. His journey with Salesforce began in 2012 and over the years has earned six certifications helping him expand his expertise in the platform. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Nick honed his skills at esteemed institutions such as J.P. Morgan, Lexmark, and State Street, where he gained invaluable experience that continues to shape his approach to solving complex business challenges.
