Eric Dreshfield (ActiveCampaign): Why It's Important to Consider Your Customer's Experience in Everything You Do	How important are your customers? That's like asking someone, "How important is taking a breath?" But how many companies really consider their customer's experiences when building a product/service? In this talk we will discuss the real reasons why your customers should come first, and how you can help make that happen.
The return of breakout sessions via Zoom Rooms!	Even though we're still meeting virtually, we plan to leverage Zoom's breakout room functionality to support a handful of smaller conversations. Specific rooms will be announced at the meeting, but we're thinking something along the lines of Admins, Devs, Marketers, Non-Profits, job seekers, etc
