We have invited Marc Bourlon, Johannesburg-based Salesforce Consultant and Co-founder at local Salesforce Partner SmartenUp (www.smartenup.co.za) to talk to us about how Salesforce's Community (now part of "Experience Cloud") can be used to connect customers, employees and partners. 

Before moving to South Africa in 2017, Marc worked for Salesforce in Paris, France as a Principal Solutions Engineer, where he one of the three first Community Cloud experts worldwide. Marc has spent 20-years in various IT roles, mostly in his own businesses and is 9x Salesforce certified. Marc's areas of expertise are Salesforce technologies (architecture, setup and development); Software as a Service (SaaS); Cloud Computing; CRM; Web Technologies; Pre-sales engineering; Storytelling & Presentation Skills; Team Building & Leadership; and Software Project & Product Management.
