We will go into detail as to the variety of ways data can be lost / corrupted and share the effects it had on their Salesforce instance and for the organizations themselves. Ultimately we will share why it is important to evaluate your disaster recovery strategies in place. OwnBackup will also be available for a Q&A Session!
