Nick is a Platform Success Guide at Salesforce specializing in automation. He has an amazing wife and son as well as 2 cats who love to disrupt all the customer calls. In his free time he loves attending live events either sporting or music and he also really enjoys cooking.
John Grossman joined the Indiana Sports Corp team in June of 2022 as Salesforce and Technology Administrator. In his role, John maintains and optimizes Indiana Sports Corp’s Salesforce Org. John also provides day-to-day support on all tier 1 technical issues for the ISC staff.
Grossman is a 2 times certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst and is a graduate of the Salesforce Pathfinder Training Program.
