Approval Process with Flow
Salesforce Approval Processes stem back to the days of Workflow Rules (remember those!). Approval Processes have always been quite 'quirky' to put together. Earlier this year, Salesforce released the capability for building approval processes using Flows. Rob investigates how to do this, highlighting benefits and potential pitfalls, when compared to the 'standard' approach.
