We have guest speaker Jack Lish, to discuss Service Blueprinting. Which is a way of creating out of the box/off the shelf processes specifically designed for Salesforce (originating from velocity/SF Industries). It's a useful technique to use within industries with cross-over, i.e. how many different ways can a customer view a bill in experience cloud or raise a case in a portal? Come and learn about this approach and how it could help you.
