7:00 PM	Ten minutes to chat	When you arrive you’ll be put in a Zoom breakout room with a maximum of six people for some networking! We haven't tried this before, but we're trying to recreate a little bit of the stuff you miss not having an in-person meetup. We can't do beer and pizza, but this part might just work ...
7:10 PM	Introductions	We'll say hello, introduce you to our speakers and then we'll get started.
7:15 PM	How to help 700 families in one day	Scott is going to talk about the Magic of Christmas charity and how they have been able to use Salesforce to switch from manual & paper based processes to coordinate their 1500 volunteers to visit 700 families to bring some cheer, gifts and hope on Christmas eve.
7:40 PM	Q and A and prizes	Time for questions but also we will have prizes to give away.
7:45 PM	Close	We thank you for and respect your time, so we aim to go from start to finish in an 45 minutes if we possibly can.
