This meeting could have been an email! - Featuring Anita Smith and Talia Johnson

May 23, 9:00 – 10:00 PM

Salesforce User Group, Gainesville, United States

Connecting with other humans is a great way to build trust and share information. But, let’s be honest, sometimes it feels like we meet just “to meet”. Say goodbye to pointless gatherings and embrace meetings that truly matter, fostering collaboration and driving results.

About this event

Do you lead a team? Project? Community event?

Connecting with other humans virtually or in-person is a great way to build trust and share information. But, let’s be honest, sometimes it feels like we meet just “to meet”.

Say goodbye to pointless gatherings and embrace meetings that truly matter, fostering collaboration and driving results.

Join us for an interactive workshop where you will learn best practices to ensure every meeting is purposeful and productive.

No more "this could've been an email" vibe.

P.S. We’ll also have a trivia game throughout the meeting, so you can win free swag. If that’s not reason enough to meet, I don’t know what is! :)

And now, let's introduce you to our amazing speakers!

Talia Johnson started her career as a graphic designer and web designer and then used a UX mindset to contribute to projects as a Salesforce BA at Coastal and at one of the “Big 4” consulting firms in the world--PwC. She is 3x Salesforce Certified, Co-leader of the Gainesville Community User Group, and Community Advocate for the Talent Stacker Salesforce Career Development Program.  She's launched RadiCollab to help organizations reach their goals and potential by taming “collaboration chaos” through a guided, flexible approach and framework.”

Anita Smith is a prolific Salesforce community member. She works as the Salesforce Scrum Master at Blue Sky Innovations, Program Manager at Talent Stacker Career Development, AND Founder of Scrum in a Box. She designed this course to help Scrum teams optimize productivity and remove the guesswork from their processes using ready-made templates. Oh, and in her free time, she also serves on the Texas Dreamin’ Planning committee by running their social accounts and organizing volunteers.
