One of the new certifications launched by Salesforce in 2022 is the Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer. The certification covers Design Thinking, Discovery and Elicitation methods that are relevant to a variety of Salesforce roles: Administrators, Business Analysts, Designers, Consultants and Architects. This session will provide an overview of Strategy Design topics as well as tips for preparing for the exam.
