Flows are becoming more and more central to any Salesforce deployment. We want to help you learn to build them. Unlike our traditional meetups, we're going to host an online training session to work on Flows. We hope you'll find this helpful. All sessions will be recorded and available online.
Session Five: Schedule-Trigger Flow
Use Case:
Jones Insurance wants their Customer Service team to call policy owners two weeks after a claim has closed.
Claims are managed in a custom object and which has a Closed Date field.
To accomplish this, we want to use a Scheduled Flow to find Claim and create Cases. The Flow should run nightly and be assigned to the Customer Service Queue.
