We're welcoming back the amazing Eric Dreshfield to share with us "Why it's Important to Consider Your Customer's Experience in Everything You Do." This will be an abbreviated meeting designed to easily fit during your lunch hour.
How important are your customers? That's like asking someone, "How important is taking a breath?" But how many companies really consider their customer's experiences when building a product or service? In this session, we will discuss the real reasons why your customers should come first, and how you can help make that happen. Eric Dreshfield will be leading us through these questions and sharing his insight with us.
